BUT!... they almost always leave me crackin' up at some of the crazy sh--
they be propagatin'.
DISAGREE EXAMPLE: 'TOTALLY disagree with the Vivek fellow being
anywhere NEAR the Presidency. 'Call him the "Harvard Hustler".
A snake oil, useless concoction, fast-talking "adjust as you go" shallow
salesman who just got into town and jumps an opportunity to leapfrog
to swamp-top with clever populist bits and pieces he's cobbled together
along the way. ONE OF HIS EARLY "BIG"(bad) IDEAS"? AMERICANS
LOSE RIGHT TO VOTE UNTIL AGE 25 IF THEY CANNOT PASS HIS
CIVICS TEST.
HUH? That was HIS version of equally "wrong" Nikki Haley's TOTALLY
missing the blood-root deep main reason for the American Civil War.
Something EVERY born and half-educated American Kid knows for the
past ... uh... few HUNDRED years...
Neither Ramaswamy nor Haley should/WOULD be onstage...
EXCEPT for sad truth that some of America's deep-rooted BEST AND
BRIGHTEST have given up on the "PROMISE-POSSIBILITY" of
America in the face of a universal disease infecting Mankind--
CORRUPTION
Anyway, you get the point. Lotta common-sense-hard-working,
wars-fought-American-Folk who didn't finish high school for other needs
of Family/Country--(farmers, union workers, goods and services
producers etc. ---).
Folks equipped with an American staple: "Common sense" enough
to tell a weak self-serving bullsh--er from a strong fellow-Human-serving
salt-of-the-Earth-American "SOLID" values. First "tell" of a lightweight bad
idea?--fast-talk... no "real" real.
Sadly, we have no MLK's, Eisenhower's, JFK's in ANY of the
"wanna-be's" jockeying for the microphone in this election offering.
Says a lot about the state of things when a "Trump" is maybe the best of
the Ballot Bunch.
No question--'WILL BE WRITING -IN "BETTER" CHOICES...
(so far--none are in the running--that "I" see)
...above all else... trying to enjoy what little time I have left IN SPITE of what I
see as going BACKWARDS from a couple few scores of years ago.
Hence? Crackin' up at these look-a-like comedians... is a(sometimes) guilty
pleasure... a momentary vacation from the (hopefully momentary?)...
